Helpforce AI is a simulation-first robotics deployment company built for Pakistan's industrial sector. We don't sell hardware. We don't sell software. We deploy working systems trained for your specific facility before they arrive.

We work across two verticals. Warehousing and security. Because those are the two areas where Pakistan's industrial operators are losing the most money to manual operations right now.
For warehouse and manufacturing operators, we deploy autonomous robots trained on your exact floor plan, picking routes, and shift patterns. For security and facilities managers, we deploy patrol robots trained on your building's layout, entry points, and protocols.
Both built on NVIDIA Isaac Sim. The same simulation infrastructure running BMW's factories and Amazon's warehouses. Both configured specifically for your facility. Both operational from day one.

I started Helpforce AI because I kept seeing the same problem. Robotics technology that worked brilliantly in demos and failed in deployment. The robots would arrive, spend months calibrating on the client's floor, disrupt operations, and eventually if everything went well, work.
The simulation-first approach changes that entirely. You build a digital twin of the facility. You train the robot there. You test every scenario, every edge case, every protocol in simulation, not on the client's floor. When the hardware arrives, it already knows the building.
That insight became Helpforce AI.
We started in DIFC Dubai, and we've come back to where the real opportunity is. Pakistan. Not because it was the easy choice. Because Pakistan's manufacturing and logistics sector is at an inflection point, and the operators who automate now will be operating at a permanently different cost and quality baseline from those who wait.
We are a lean team. We are backed by NVIDIA, Microsoft, and AWS. We use the same infrastructure that enterprise robotics companies use globally and we deploy it for Pakistani industrial operators at a fraction of the traditional timeline and cost.
This is not a future bet. It is a present-tense deployment company. And we are just getting started.

Pakistan's e-commerce sector grew 1,400% between FY2019 and FY2024. CPEC is creating new industrial corridors across Karachi, Lahore, and Faisalabad. The warehousing and logistics sector is scaling faster than manual labor can absorb.
And yet there is no serious robotics deployment company building specifically for Pakistan's industrial operators. Solutions designed for Amazon's warehouses don't translate to a 50,000 sq ft distribution center in Lahore. Systems built for European security standards don't map to a manufacturing facility in Faisalabad.
We build from your floor plan up. Not from someone else's template down.
We don't sell simulation. We sell working robots. The methodology is how we get there. Not what we charge for.
Every facility is different. Every deployment is configured from scratch. Generic solutions don't work. Specific ones do.
We are building for the market in front of us. Not the market that sounds better in a pitch deck. Pakistan's industrial sector is the opportunity. We are here for it.
